On 5 May 2021, ADDovenom teamed up with colleagues at the Bristol BioDesign Institute to organise a webinar with Professor Gérard Lambeau from CNRS (Centre national de la recherche scientifique).
Prof Lambeau’s presentation title was ‘From venom phospholipases A2 to membranous nephropathy, a rare autoimmune kidney disease’. A recording of the webinar is available on YouTube (right).
The event was co-hosted by Prof Christiane Berger-Schaffitzel (ADDovenom Project Coordinator), Prof Imre Berger (Director of the Max Planck Bristol Centre for Minimal Biology), Dr Thomas Gorochowski (Co-director of Bristol BioDesign Institute) and Dr Renaud Vincentelli (Head of Architecture et Fonction des Macromolécules Biologiques (AFMB), CNRS – Aix Marseille University).
This seminar was also part of the wider University of Bristol Festival of International Research and Partnerships, 19 April-19 May 2021.
